What does Orca Proof do?
Orca Proof helps associations, nonprofits, law firms, medical practices, commercial real estate firms and small businesses get cited accurately by AI assistants, use AI safely across their teams, grow revenue with AI, and prove their documents, credentials and identity are genuine.
Do I need to buy new software?
No. Every service runs on open standards and the tools you already have, such as your website, your Google and Microsoft accounts, and free public platforms. Where a third party cost exists, such as a signing certificate, it is named on the service page and billed to you directly.
How much does it cost?
Every service has a published starting price, from $75 per page for content refresh to $5,000 for a member knowledge project. You get one fixed number and scope in writing before any work starts.
Can you guarantee a number one ranking in AI answers?
No honest provider can. AI answers vary by question, location and model. Orca removes every technical reason an assistant would skip you and measures the before and after on real questions.
Who owns the work?
You do. Policies, schema, code, credentials, wallets, keys and accounts are registered to your organization from day one, and keep working if you stop working with Orca.

Does Orca outsource any work?
Never. Every hour is worked by the Orca team in the United States. Ask for the name of the person who would do your work.
Do I need cryptocurrency for the verification services?
Only for onchain records, and only a tiny amount held in a wallet your organization owns. Orca sets it up and every record costs under a cent. Most verification services use no blockchain at all.
How is this different from Orca Geo?
Orca Geo is the managed monthly AI search visibility program. Orca Proof covers the wider set: AI policy and training, revenue products, verification and protection, plus one time AI search foundations.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks. Most services deliver in two to six weeks.
Do you work outside the United States?
Orca works with organizations across all fifty states. International clients are welcome when the work is in English.
Is anything here legal advice?
